De verpakking van 510 g is ideaal voor regelmatig gebruik, waarbij de dosering kan worden aangepast aan de intensiteit van je trainingen.Bij de maximale dosis van 17 g levert elke portie 3.500 mg arginine-alfa-ketoglutaraat (AAKG), 3.500 mg bèta-alanine, 2.660 mg creatine, evenals 500 mg L-alanine, 500 mg glycine en 500 mg L-tyrosine. Deze combinatie maakt van N1 een bijzonder complete formule ter ondersteuning van je voorbereiding op de training.Elke portie bevat bovendien 200 mg cafeïne, een hoeveelheid waarbij cafeïne bijdraagt aan een verbetering van de alertheid en concentratie. De formule wordt aangevuld met 200 mg ginseng-extract en 2,1 mg BioPerine® (zwarte peper-extract), evenals een complex van vitamine C, B1, B3, B5 en B6.
